The type of question people need to ask the most, to learn, are often the same ones which basically amount to masturbatory (only in the sense that it is self-serving) nonsense (ex. "Oh, you didn't know that?").
"That's a great question" is encouraging of learning! That type of statement is such a kind thing to say. truely feels wonderful to get that kind of response.
Someone on youtube doing a javascript tutorial exclaimed "learning should be fun and easy, not painful and devisive." right on.
